·         Sores at the mouth edge can be an indication of various nutrients like Vitamin B3, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B6, and even vitamin B12. Some of the well-rounded diets are potatoes, almonds, bananas, poultry, and lean ground beef.


·         Bad breath and a tongue that is bright red with loss of taste, fissures, dry mouth, bleeding and numbness are signs that you require more of vitamin B12 commonly found in fish, poultry, milk, shellfish, eggs, and milk.
